Suit filed to overturn Texas prohibition on source of income protection for

Texas is the only state in the nation to pass a law formally protecting landlord discrimination against Section 8 voucher holders, most of whom are African-American. The suit was brought by The Inclusive Communities Project (ICP) of Dallas against Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
